Delhi by the way is still not bad (!) comparatively. If you venture into other states like UP, it is another story altogether.

I pity the guy in those small UP towns, whose official designation is ‘traffic policeman’ on a crossroad. All the fumes of kerosene, standing through 105 degrees, and no-one looks at him ever.

This is bad karma of the last birth, what else!
